CQG shutting down for no apparent reason

For anyone experiencing incidents of the CQG application shutting itself down for no apparent reason, the following are two possibilities:
1) If you use the CQGM product in addition to your main CQG, keep in mind that logging in to CQGM will cause the main CQG application to exit if the same trading account is associated with both applications. This is a requirement dictated by the exchanges and recently implemented at their request by CQG.
2) Check to see if the third-party application "PlaysTV" is installed on the PC. We have seen several cases recently where this application conflicts with CQG's processes and causes unexpected exits and restarts.
