missing data

I use CQG through AMP futures.   This week, tick data for the e-mini and mini-Russell contracts is missing for Mon and Tues, Aug 5th and 6th.  Is this a problem with a CQG server?    ...and if so, when will this missing data be restored and available with refresh commands...?

    Greetings, 

     

    CQG provides Ninja Trader with real time daily market data.  Ninja Trader in turn archives this information in their historical database.  The first point of contact should be Ninja Trader for such events.  If Ninja Trader requires the data due to loss, they will contact CQG for the replacement data.
