CQG locks up when using the Import/Export feature
There have been a few cases recently where CQG users are seeing the application freeze up and go to "Not Responding" right after bringing up the "Import/Export Pages & Components" window. If this is occurring for anyone, one thing to check is to see if the third-party application TeamViewer is installed on the PC. In some cases we have seen the TeamViewer process interfering with the CQG processes and causing the lockups. Suggestions from the CQG developers include upgrading TV to the latest version available, closing down all TV processes so that they're not running in the background when you don't need it, or if you never use it to uninstall it from the PC.
