Cqg Connection Errors on Sierra Charts

hi i keep getting this error on sierra charts, but i am okay with all payments.. more over i am being redirected to a cqg website and being asked to insert the same Password of the Amp portal and it does not work _https://my.cqg.com/signin
Really dont know why i get this error as i am okay with all payments and didnt do anything wrong_

  • If your username and password are not working on my.cqg.com you may need to have the password reset.
    You will need to contact AMP to do this. Once this is reset, you should be able to login to http://my.cqg.com and sign the updated agreement. Once this is done you can use the new password to login to Sierra.
