Add ability to input multiple months for one commodity at one time in Desktop QSS--similar to "symbol + Ctrl + Enter" in IC and QTrader

Add reset button to Filter of T&S
Add reset button to Filter of T&S that trader will able to restore default settings of Filter. I guess, we have to add this button in such cases on every settings.

Save column filters as presets
- Enable column filters in the grids (QSS, Orders, etc.)
- Add a way to save as a filter.
- Add presets to the filter menu.

Add Color Preferences to Publish Bids and Offers widget
Add Color Preferences to Publish Bids and Offers widget. When setting up parameters on publish bids and offers, plese allow adminst to set a color preference other than black to allow fatser observation of bids or offers.
Suggestion is to add color scheme like green/ red or blue/red for BIds and offers0 votes
