CQG M: Implement global search
Implement global search in CQG Desktop. Modern sites do have search that allows users to find all possible required information. We can do the search in symbols, symbol lists, news, widget resources and return results in each category. Each search item shall give user an ability to make some actions: trade a symbol, or open a QS with it, show news article, open list in QB, QSS or SPLIT QB, share etc.

Extend buy/sell and up/down coloring with 2 more high-contrast options
I would prefer to use the "Black" scheme for my display, but when looking at an Order ticket, you are then using Red (for sell orders) and I cannot properly read this. Please consider offering more color choices

Risk-reward drawing tool/visualization.
I think CQG Desktop is a great platform, devoid of the clutter that others add, in in lieu of innovation.
Suggestions I have to enhance of the platform are:

CQG Desktop Options widget: highlight tabs according to weekly, quarterly, etc
CQG Desktop Options widget - Color the weeekly, monthly, daily and quarterly options tabs different colors so user can easily differentiate - Add filter control in ... menu to show only the closest tabs for each type

CQG Desktop: Order Groups for Parking
Multi-select and park groups of orders, then activate different groups of orders. Idea to use multi-select and park. Then use the concept from OCOs to assign differen't groups of orders, let the user act on the entire group.

Add kb shortcuts for show/hide functions in CQG Desktop: chart elements, HOT button bar
Add a kb shortcut for when a hot is in focus and to control all HOTs to hide the sidebar

Chart: drawing tool popup panel should close on click outside of chart
Currently the popup panel closes if you click inside the chart, but nothing happens if you click on any other widget (even given that panel may float over any widget on screen). IMO this is unexpected for user: since this control is very similar to dropdown, I think that it should share its behavior.

Add shortcuts for drawing tools
We have Esc and Del keys already, but it would be useful to add shortcuts for drawing tools itself. It allows to start drawing quickly, especially without choosing the particular tools from the drawing groups. We've already had it in a prototype, therefore it's cheap to add it for production. Shortcuts could be written for user as a part of tool button's tooltip.

On color change of bars on chart, use selected color on new chart.
When changing bar colors, he'd like it to behave similarly to pointer tools where next chart opened takes the same colors

Add BreakEvens
I just got a quick question about Breakevens. Do you guys think to add this feature anytime soon? That would be awesome to have a possibility to apply an automatic breakeven on the trades. It's really missing in the platform.

Save column filters as presets
- Enable column filters in the grids (QSS, Orders, etc.)
- Add a way to save as a filter.
- Add presets to the filter menu.

Chrome has a recently closed section in history and a kb shortcut to restore the last tab closed.

Allow user to set default chart compression.
I think we should allow users to add the ability to set a default amount of compression (or bar size/spacing) for charts.
The default spacing can looky clunky.
This comes down to personal preference but ultimately would allow users much greater control over the look of their workspace.1 vote -
Add Color Preferences to Publish Bids and Offers widget
Add Color Preferences to Publish Bids and Offers widget. When setting up parameters on publish bids and offers, plese allow adminst to set a color preference other than black to allow fatser observation of bids or offers.

customer request he is able to use soundboard type alerts to see last trade b&a dom changes and market sweep

Suggestion to add account nickname
Could their be a change to the account name so that a nickname of some sort could be used, this would be nice for printing screen shots so that personal/account numbers will not be shown, or is there a way to change account display, mine shows my amp account number
