an invert chart scrolling zoom option setting
an option to invert the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in or out.
currently the chart scrolling is inverted against Tradingview and is frustrating to use

Flip Mouse Zoom, Forward should be zoom in, Back should be Zoom out.
