Can the 60 minute chart remain the 60 minute chart instead of changing to a 30 minutes chart at 9.30EST. A 30 minutes chart is already available.

The 60 min chart candles changes to 30 minutes candles at New York open or 9.30am EST on indices. Have a look on YM, ES and ENQ. The 60 minutes chart candles also changes to 30 minutes candles on CLE at 16h30 New York timezone.
