Universal Ladder Center Button

Is it possible to make a universal ladder center button so that I can click it and center the ladder while I am in a chart?

    F9 (Selects DOM)
    Ctrl + Home (Centers the Ladder)

    Then click on the chart to resume working on the chart.
    or F5 will select the chart.

    Double check these things before using them.
    I use a CP-24 and operate off the DOM selected as primary
