1. Split buy and sell buttons clearly

   Could you please separate the buy and sell buttons clearly and distinctively, without changing one buy/sell buttn into two sell/buy buttons. The current setup, when the cursor hovers above, will change the blue buy button into two buy(blue)/sell(red) buttons. The same with the red sell button. It's simply confusing and prone to mistakes.

   When the buttons are placed on left or right, there is a huge amount of wasted empty space. I'm sure there is enough room. I've used the platform for over 3 years but never got used to the current setup because it is so weird. Please do us a favor thank you.

6. Enhancing Risk Management with Stop Loss at Market Functionality

   Đặt chủ đề cho đoạn tiếng anh sau: I propose that CQG should add the option of Stop Loss at Market (including its use within OCO orders and regular order placement) on iOS, Android, and PC platforms. Stop Loss at Market means not allowing stop loss orders created by OCO and manually placed orders to be rejected, resulting in loss of the stop loss order. This poses a significant risk to investors, especially during volatile market conditions. In such scenarios, there could be gaps or rapid price movements that exceed the stop loss price when the order is executed. In such cases, Stop Loss at Market would execute the stop loss at the current market price instead of rejecting it. For instance, if I set a stop loss of 3 ticks with a price of $50 using an OCO order, and the price rapidly moves against my prediction causing a loss, but exceeds my stop loss price immediately upon execution or creates a significant gap, in this case, the system needs to cut the loss at the current market price. Assuming it results in a loss of $200, it's still preferable to having the stop loss rejected, which could potentially lead to a much larger loss of more than $200 if I fail to manually exit the position in time. Furthermore, at that crucial moment, if there is a slowdown or an error in the internet connection, investors could suffer catastrophic losses due to the absence of preset stop loss orders. Notification of rejected stop loss orders, after the fact, sometimes does not address the issue. Many investors, including myself, have encountered this situation, and fortunately, there have been no instances of account depletion due to timely manual intervention.

9. CQG One - Speed up datafeed pulse in DOMTrader/Time & Sales and option to reduce depth of prices

   Currently your datafeed is netted down to I guess 2 updates a second in DOMTrader and Time & Sales which is very slow for today's ISV offerings. I am attempting to attach a 1 minute side by side DOM video (MP4) of CQG One and Tradovate (built on CQG) of the Nasdaq to show how much slower and how much less information CQG One gives the trader in fast moving markets.

   I understand limiting the incoming data helps stop the platform falling over in peak data bursts like on market open or over CPI/NFP but this seems very slow. Your feed is unnetted in the Quote boards or at least updating 20+ times a second I'm guessing.

   Is there a way we can have it sped up, at least doubled, or opt to choose to speed it up or set a max number of updates and have you auto-throttle it intelligently depending on whether it's clogging up. Again your competitors seem to pull off unnetted feeds without freezes even with 20 or so ladders open. Indicators on charts don't need to adjust multiple times a second so they could be dialled back.

   Finally on say EPH24 DOMTrader you are showing me 100 offer and 100 bid prices all updating the bid ask sizes. As an order flow trader I only really care about 10-15 each side most of the time. Can you have a setting the trader chooses for this? It seems such a waste of bandwidth updating all these prices so far away and probably at the expense of the overall data feed pulse speed. I get that brokers might like this but can we have some optional settings on number of prices pulling down data on each ladder? If the video doesn't upload I will link it, it's been sent to EJ in support already.

10. CQG One - disable forced confirmation on DOMTrader for limit orders lifting the ask or hitting bid

    With an open DOMTrader right click price column > Symbol Trading Settings > tick Checkbox "Limits over Stops" set tick value to e.g. 50 ticks and close. If market is at price 5000, left click in the sell order column at 4995 and you get the forced confirmation popup saying, "order may be immediately filled at market proceed?"

    Seeing as I have already effectively set my chosen price reasonability to 50 ticks and CQG/FCM already has further price reasonability settings in risk, there is no need for this hindering popup.

    The problem it causes: If I am scalping a fast moving market like ENQH24 and I am long 10 ticks onside and want to take anything better than a scratch immediately I would left-click to enter a limit sell order next to my bought price. I should then be filled into one of the 10 bid prices above that or be left with a scratch offer at that price in the book if I was too slow and the market blipped down.

    This is how it would happen on TT, CTST4, Tradovate (built on CQG) and any other platform I can think of. EJ in support says there is an option to switch this popup off in QTrader but he can't find it in One. Seeing as CQG One is promoted as the pro trading option for point and click traders using DOMTrader I assume it's just an oversight not to be able to turn it off, especially as we pay more for One than Qtrader. No point and click scalper can use CQG One with this popup, they all use limit orders into the market to exit in fast moving conditions. The trade at market buttons or 'go flat' is not the solution as they create additional danger.

    If the market overshoots down in the above example and instead of a limit order I have clicked sell at market button the order will truly go to market, perhaps that's 100 prices lower and fill me wherever it eventually finds a bid - usually the low on someone's fat finger and a second later be back unchanged whereas a limit order prevents this unintended price fill, you'd probably average instead. Also the buttons are sat at the top of the ladder so I have to move the cursor up there adding another second to me getting out.

    Please add the ability to switch off this popup, it only adds risk for active traders.
    This is even more critical because your data feed netting pulse is very slow, so we can't rely on seeing the market move in real time. I think it's twice a second on DOMtrader and Time & Sales yet un-netted in the quote boards?

    I use a demo account
    I ordered CLEF24 on December 5 and bought CLEF24 on December 7.
    After completing the order matching on December 7, I went to the trading order section and saw the CLEF24 matched order of December 7 displayed.
    Here I have chosen to finalize the CLEF24 matched order of December 7 and have completed it.
    So let me ask if it is in a real account, will the order settlement as above be done or will it be different
    Order settlement will be performed on the same day as the original matched order

    Issue: when I change the Color for ladder from Green/Red to Blue/Red, ALL Hot ladders change color.Please have an option where user makes changes and are saved for that widget only, not ALL widgets.

18. Verticle Line between widgets

    For visual purposes. Apply a brighter Vertical line between widgets. Currently very light gray line shows after you hover over the end of the widget. Better to have it exposed so user can see where to click and expand the widget window.
