2. Multi Colored Indicator Values on the right margin should Always be Visible and tied to Cross Hairs

   When you are running a system with a lot of indicators, the Colored Indicator Values on the right hand margin are not always visible unless you manually "stretch" the view which is a real workflow inefficiency. This is especially the case when a lot of moving averages are converging. Prior to getting my CQG One recently, I was using EQuotes from CME for years…. their indicator values on Charts were always visible on the right hand margin, at most collapsed view, the indicator values would stack on top of each other, but with CQG One, a wall of indicators Values is mostly hidden with the color tabs overlapping or covering each other (this defeats the whole purpose of having visible colored indicator values). There is plenty of empty white space with nothing but the price scale showing….. I don’t really care if the price scale is mostly covered, I would much prefer to see my indicator values and where in the stack they are located relative to each other and the current price. And these indicator values should be tied to the cross hairs, currently the cross hairs are only tied to the left hand margin indicator values, and half of those are covered by sub studies. The right hand colored indicator values are currently only reflective of the current or last bar (if market is closed). So Always Visible color indicators on right hand margin tied to cross hairs solves both issues. You can still stretch them out vertically but you shouldn't be able to collapse them to where they are covering each other at all. This is my biggest pet peeve with the CQG One system today. 3. Assign colour of Hull MA based on ascending & descending value

   Assign the line colour of Hull MA based on ascending value or descending value. Easier to spot entry signal. Currently need to do manual observation. If hull MA is in ascending value from previous value can assign blue colour. Elsewise if hull MA value changes to descending value from previous value, can assign red colour starting from the change from ascending to descending Hull MA value.

4. Improving Workflow and Usability in CQG Desktop / CQG One

   Hi everyone,

   I’ve been using CQG Desktop recently and really appreciate its powerful charting and trading capabilities. The platform offers strong analytics, real-time data, and flexible customization, which makes it a solid tool for traders.

   However, I wanted to share a few ideas that could further improve the overall user experience and workflow:

   1. Better Chart Object Management
      It would be very helpful to have a centralized list or panel showing all drawing tools (lines, zones, Fibonacci, etc.) used on a chart. This would make it easier to edit or remove objects without having to scroll back through history.

   2. Enhanced Layout Flexibility
      While the platform supports multiple charts and widgets, managing layouts across different symbols could be more intuitive. A smoother way to organize and switch between multi-asset views would improve efficiency.

   3. Custom Notifications & Alerts
      Adding more customizable alert options (sounds, visual cues, priority levels) for different order events would make trading more responsive and user-friendly.

   4. Simplified Setup for New Users
      Since CQG Desktop is web-based and feature-rich, a guided setup or onboarding workflow could help new users configure charts, quotes, and trading panels faster.

   Overall, CQG Desktop and CQG One are already strong platforms, but small usability improvements like these could make a big difference in daily trading efficiency.

6. Add total contracts traded at price level to HOT DoM

10. Anyone using CQG? Help pls

    Long story short , switched platforms as the only broker I can trade futures in Canada used CQG.

    Only, I’m having insane trouble with setting my Stop Loss. I’ve asked chat gpt and waiting to hear back from my broker but can anyone solve this?

    I want to do a regular market but. No limit buys (I used to do them and at times my order never got filled, I like the control of market buy geometry dash).

    I right click my order and click “stop loss”. I add the number of ticks to my stop. Click OK.

    Tell me why it counts the stop loss as a whole new order on a separate panel, and I can’t even see the SL on my chart? It’s just kind of… hidden in a bottom panel under “orders working”. I want to be able to drag my Stop Loss on the screen. So every trade I’m nervous because I can’t see my Stop Loss. Messing with my psychology.

    I tried a OCO Bracket order and setting my stop Loss that way…. I ended up somehow setting two stop losses and still couldn’t move them on the screen. They were just stuck there so I had to cancel them. Completely different than TradingView and how I was trading. And I’m a person that enjoys seeing where it’s at on the chart and making any adjustments as I’m extremely visual.

    Am I just doing something wrong? It’s kind of hard to fiddle with it when I’m in the middle of a trade because I’m watching the charts so closely I don’t have time to sit there and try and figure out how to correctly do my stop loss

14. CQG Data for Tradovate and Sierra Chart

    Hello, I'm wondering if anyone here is using or has used Sierra Chart with Tradovate as a broker. I am trying, and so far it's not too easy. I can't seem to reliably get the attention of Tradovate support. I have a ticket open to get CQG credentials, it took a about 5 days to get someone to acknowledge my request. They said that the credentials would be in my secure chat on the live account. They are not, as far as I can tell (I'm fully fallible, and acknowledge the possibility of user error here Grow a Garden). Meanwhile I have been charged the $15 monthly connection fee.

    Support has said they are very backed up right now, so maybe I'm not the only one experiencing delays? Would like to know.

16. future and option prices (on CQG desktop)

    Hi everybody... I am currently evaluating some trading platforms for futures and options.

    I am quite experienced with futures trading but my current broker doesnt give me options in the same account so I go for the next (my favorite is Amp + CGQ desktop)

    My main question is what is the option's price?

    For example I buy 1xCLEH25 and there is a contract specification

    So I buy a CLEH25 at 73.8, daytime margin 1651$ Overnight margin $6607 and I know the facts.

    To hedge the position I also buy a 16DTE put with a strike price at 73 (P.CLEH257300) the ask price is 1.50$

    However what will be the margin impact geometry dash lite? I cant see it there. Is it 1000x 1.50? One CL contract is for 1000 barrels and the option allows me to buy or sell one futures contact at a given price... but CQG doesnt show me the margin impact.

    This doesnt depend on the broker ( I evaluated Discount Trading before with CQG desktop)

17. Clear cache automatically rather than having to reload the page hourly.

    Perhaps it's my issue but once I see a slow down scrolling HOT, I reload the site and all is smooth again. Is this a cache issue? Could there be a function to automatically delete cache at certain limits or in a timely manner?
