Be able to Drag stoploss & take profit, once bracket orders are already on chart.
We have to click our S/L-T/P to modify our order. Would be very convenient if we can drag it, rather than clicking modify order, then typing what price we want it too..

Price Alert pop-up banner in browser with sound
It is difficult to receive alerts only in the application on a mobile phone and be distracted by it (pick up the phone, etc.) while you are working in the web version in the browser.
Now in the browser we can see that the alert has been triggered only in the form of a red circle near the bell, but it is completely unclear what kind of alert has arrived until you click on the bell - this also takes time.
Please make it possible to display the receipt of a price alert as a pop-up banner in the web…
6 votesCheck the task (...) menu in the Alerts sidebar widget. You can turn on banners/toast and sounds there.
You can also access these settings in Preferences > Notifications > Alert notifications

Add alert on Accounts
Add the ability to deliver an alert email to a certain email address when the selected condition is triggered.
For example, send an alert email to FCM email address when account NLV < account Margin. The function is needed for FCM desk. Thanks.

Add a drawing tool to a chart
I suggest that you consider adding a drawing tool to the charting feature on the CQG Desktop platform. This enhancement would allow users to create annotations and visual markers directly on their charts, which could significantly improve their analysis and decision-making processes. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if these drawings could automatically sync and populate in the CQG Mobile app as well.
1 voteThanks for your input! You can already draw on the chart, have a look at this help article.
https://mhelp.cqg.com/cqg-desktop/charting#pointer-and-drawing-tools
Understood on the sync idea, the challenge is that you can have multiple charts on the desktop version, and it would be difficult to know which chart you want to sync with the mobile version.

number format
the format of the price for some of my fills is xxxx,x
Would it be possible to have the ability to change it please ?
For example, a lot of countries use a point instead of comma as decimal separator and I need more decimals ==> xxxx.xx3 votesYou can specify additional decimal places via display preferences:
Preferences > Display settings for symbols > Additional decimal places for average price and pre-trade mid-market mark (PTMMM)
Comma or decimal for separators should be shown using your browser local setting.

Interval Custom feature: Add Delete option within the interval dropdown to remove the custom interval minute when no longer needed.
Interval Custom feature: Add Delete option, within the interval dropdown to remove the custom interval minute when no longer needed. Currently when you open a new Chart widget it goes away. However, while on the chart with custom interval, you choose Daily and it removed from the custom, but there is no option to Delete the custom interval.

How to find futures symbols easier - ie what is the ticker for Micro S&P futures?
The search part for the ticker symbols is good, but are slightly different than what I'm used to.. for instance - ES is what I'm commonly used to for the S&P but with CQG it's EP. I still can't find the Micro S&P on the app.

How to export multiple day fill report?
Is it possible to export fill reports for previous days? It seems impossible to export next day if one forgot to export fill report on the same day.
2 votesFills reports are for the current day only. However, you can go to the Orders widget or Orders Filled widget and download an orders report for up to 30 days.

Thanks for your input. I believe you can do this now. Select a period and select the number of days you'd like to average. Duplicate the study and select another period to display both on the same chart. In the attached screenshot I've added two VWAP studies, one for 7 days, one for 30 days. Is this what you are asking for?
