  1. Price Alert pop-up banner in browser with sound

    It is difficult to receive alerts only in the application on a mobile phone and be distracted by it (pick up the phone, etc.) while you are working in the web version in the browser.

    Now in the browser we can see that the alert has been triggered only in the form of a red circle near the bell, but it is completely unclear what kind of alert has arrived until you click on the bell - this also takes time.

    Please make it possible to display the receipt of a price alert as a pop-up banner in the web…

    Check the task (...) menu in the Alerts sidebar widget. You can turn on banners/toast and sounds there.

    You can also access these settings in Preferences > Notifications > Alert notifications

  2. Macd

    In addition to drawing lines, the MACD indicator also provides a histogram representing the difference between MACD and MACDA. This histogram allows for a quick visual assessment of whether the current value is positive or negative. Please refer to the attached file for an example.

    VolStp study is available in CQG Desktop and CQG Mobile for Android. It will be available in a future version of CQG Mobile for iOS

  5. Interval Custom feature: Add Delete option within the interval dropdown to remove the custom interval minute when no longer needed.

However, while on the chart with custom interval, you choose Daily and it removed from the custom, but there is no option to Delete the custom interval.

  6. [mobile] Hide all drawings

    Offer a button to quickly hide all drawings on the chart. Ideally in the main toolbar And not in submenus.

    We're rolling out CQG Mobile 2.0 where this is available. You can configure the eyeball icon toggle to quickly hide everything from the chart.

  9. Price Alert/Push Noti. for MOBILE APPS

    Hi. I would like to request a Price alerts with Push Noti. for CQG MOBILE APPS. It would be very very very helpful if the function is available so that I dont have to look at the chart for so long. Thank You.

    Thanks for your input. I believe you can do this now. Select a period and select the number of days you'd like to average. Duplicate the study and select another period to display both on the same chart. In the attached screenshot I've added two VWAP studies, one for 7 days, one for 30 days. Is this what you are asking for?

  16. Please add lock feature for all indicators

    The drawings need to be locked to prevent accidental changes when we are dragging the mouse cursor. Such example is when using the fibonacci retracement. The 2 points at swing points might change accidentally without we realizing it. This will show the wrong potential reversal area and might affect our trading results.

    Thanks for voting for this feature, it's been completed in a recent CQG Desktop/One release.

    There's now a lock button in the pointer tools toolbar.

  18. pls add function for Fibonacci extension. Currently on have Fibonacci retracement only. Also add function to create price alert.
