   If you write a condition that monitors a change in your position, when the condition is triggered you have the option of sending an email. Simply use your carrier's "email to SMS" email address format and you will receive the text to your phone.

   T-Mobile: number@tmomail.net (SMS & MMS)
   Verizon: number@vtext.com (SMS)
   Sprint: number@messaging.sprintpcs.com (SMS)
